Baghdad: Striking Belgrade is a breach of UN charter and international law

The Iraqi government renewed its condemnation of NATO strikes against Yugoslavia. An official Iraq's ruling El-Baath Party, Abd El-Gani Abd El- Gafour, asserted that this invasion forms a violation of the United Nations charter and international law.
