Saudi Arabia has condemned the ethnic cleansing in Kosovo
Saudi Arabia-Yugoslavia, Politics, 4/2/1999

Saudi Arabia has condemned the massacre and expulsion of thousands of Muslims in Kosovo by Serb forces and deplored the policy of ethnic cleansing being practiced by the government of Slobodan Milosevic.

Saudi Arabia has also condemned the Milosevic government's failure to respond positively to international efforts to settle the problem of Kosovo through peaceful means, in particular that of the recent peace conference in France.

Saudi Arabia reiterated support for the people of Kosovo, who have been facing the worst forms of repression, subjugation and expulsion at the hands of the Serb aggressors.

King Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz has ordered an airlift to Albania of foodstuffs, tents and blankets to alleviate the tragic situation of Kosovo refugees at the borders of Albania.
