Sudan, Politics, 4/2/1999
An official at the International Committee of the Red Cross has announced that the Sudanese People's Liberation Army executed four Sudanese who were arrested in February while they were escorting a delegation from the ICRC.
The official added that the office of the Red Cross in Khartoum reported that that four Sudanese, three government officials and one state employee at the Sudanese Red Crescent Society, were killed while they were under detention.
