Israeli-Dutch relations deteriorate over the background of El Al crash

The London-based "Jewish Chronicle" daily reported on Thursday that relations between Holland and Israel have greatly deteriorated following facts disclosed by a Dutch parliamentary committee over the crash of an Israeli Boeing 747 aircraft over a residential area in the city of Amsterdam in 1992.
The paper added that the Dutch parliamentary committee revealed through a telephone conversation between one employee of the Israeli airline El Al and the airport in Amsterdam that the Israeli plane was carrying explosives and poisonous gases, from which the people of Amsterdam suffered for a long time.
The paper continued that the committee accused the Israeli airline of hiding this information for six full years.
