In his second visit to Egypt in two weeks, Jordan's King Abdullah Bin al-Hussein and his wife, Queen Rania, paid a special visit yesterday to Sharm El-Sheik, where they were received by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and his wife at the city's airport. Following the Jordanians' arrival, President Mubarak and his wife escorted them on a tour of Sharm El-Sheik, during which President Mubarak drove the car himself. The tour included visits to some areas and tourism villages in the city. Go

The battles in Yugoslavia caused disorder in the civil aviation coming from European capitals to Cairo International Airport then returning to European capitals for the third consecutive day, which lead to delays of one to three hours for ten trips heading to Europe. Cairo airport received an announcement from two pilots, informing it of the closure of some airways over Europe which were diverted to alternate routes, away from the fighting in Yugoslavia, which led to the delay of some flights to Copenhagen, Paris, Siwnieg, London and Barcelona.
