Yassin's talks in Ankara did not tackle water issue

Deputy spokesman for the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Sarmad Atajinli, on Wednesday denied that talks held by Syrian Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs Salim Yassin with Turkish officials dealt with the issue of waters between the two countries.
In a press conference he held on Wednesday in Ankara, the Turkish deputy spokesman said that Syrian-Turkish talks dealt with means of reactivating cooperation in the economic, trade and cultural fields.
