Message to Yemeni President from Eritrean counterpart

President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen on Tuesday received a message from his Eritrean counterpart, Isaias Afworki, pertaining to current developments in the Eritrea - Ethiopia conflict as well as bilateral relations between Eritrea and Yemen.
The Gulf News Agency said the minister of local government in Eritrea, Mahmoud Ahmad Sherifo, conveyed the message during his meeting with the Yemeni president in Sanaa on Tuesday. During the meeting, President Saleh stressed his country's position, which calls for settling disputes between Ethiopia and Eritrea by peaceful means.
