Egyptian bank sells investments in 21 companies

The Egyptian Ahli Bank decided to float up shares it holds in 21 companies in Egypt with a total capital of 22 billion pounds to be sold to a major investor. The manager of investment at the bank, Mohammed Gendy, told ArabicNews.com that the bank's share in these companies is valued at 512 million pounds.
The companies work in the fields of iron, steel, minerals, salts, the paper industry, sugar, electric insulators, petrochemicals, navigation, clothes and tourism.
