Al-Hoss and the Lebanese judicial system file
Lebanon, Politics, 3/22/1999
Lebanese Prime Minister Salim al-Hoss has denied any rejection by Syria of bringing the issue of corruption in his country before the courts.
Al-Hoss added that the measures taken by his government do not target former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri or any members of the previous government.
In a statement to the United Arab Emirates daily al-Bayan issued on Dubai on Sunday, al-Hoss added that all the judicial law issue was brought to the court without any political intervention.
Al-Hoss added, "Syria does not oppose such a topic."
