Lockerbie and expected surprises

The French weekly Le Journale De Dimanche said that Lockerbie trials may hide "surprises" because the Western intelligence thinks that the heart of the matter for the Lockerbie incident is Iran's Imam al-Khomeini. The French weekly explained that the Western intelligence believes that the Lockerbie incident was a revenge operation against the US, in response to the latter's mistakenly shooting down, six months before the Lockerbie explosion, of an Iranian Airbus which was loaded with 270 passengers.
