US ambassador to Cairo: Our relation with Egypt is in continuous prosperity

The US ambassador to Cairo, Daniel Kurtzer, stated that the US raids on Iraq will stop when Iraqi President Saddam Hussein stops firing on US jets. He added, "We must admit Egypt's leading role over the past 20 years" adding that Egyptian - US relations are in continuous prosperity.
Kurtzer made these remarks at a meeting with members of the Rotary Club in Alexandria.
