100 million pounds in deals at Cairo International Fair

The Cairo International Fair concluded yesterday its two-week session. El-Said Saleh, head of the exhibition organization, said that the value of contracts signed by the participants in the fair reached 100 million Egyptian pounds.
El-Said said that most of the contracts took place for the first time with businessmen from Syria, China, Russia and Italy.
El-Said told ArabicNews.com that the exhibition's facilities will witness new developments that will start at the beginning of April for establishing a large hall on 115,000 meters, a commercial training center with Japanese support in addition to a multi-purpose commercial market and a 60-room hotel with German support that will be run on the BOT (build-operate-transfer) system.
