Education in population issues should first target rural girls, minister

Various education programs meant to promote awareness on population issues should first target girls in the rural world, said Moroccan Minister of Youth and Sports Ahmed Moussaoui.
The minister told the representative of the UN Fund for Population Affairs "FNUAP" in Morocco, Vincent Fauveau, that girls in the rural world should be the first target of all education programs in population affairs.
The two men also expressed satisfaction of the evolution of projects carried out under the recommendations adopted by the Cairo International Population Conference.
