Qaddoumi: AL council aims at rectifying Arab atmospheres

Palestinian Foreign Minister Farouk Qaddoumi described the Arab League council meetings that begin today as meetings for rectifying atmospheres and enhancing joint Arab work, pointing out that it comes in light of the demand for solidarity. Concerning declaring a Palestinian State by May 4, Qaddoumi said following his arrival to Cairo yesterday that there are several matters still under study and discussion, adding that several objective conditions should exist for practicing sovereignty.
