Some 22 persons were killed on Sunday in confrontations that erupted between warring groups in the northern parts of the Somali capital, Makadishu. AFP quoted local Somali dailies as saying the confrontations took place between armed men from a certain Somali faction, which it did not identify, and others working for businessmen in the area of the Somali capital.
