Sudan, Politics, 3/13/1999
Sudanese Foreign Minister Mostafa Othman Ismael confirmed that Khartoum has received offers from many sides, whose names he did not mention, to offer asylum to the leader of Kurdistan Workers Party, Abdullah Ocalan, confirming that they refused these offers to fulfill the desire of Turkish government.
