Andalucia parliament speaker in Morocco

Speaker of the parliament of Andalucia, Javier Torres Vela, will start on Monday a five-day visit to Morocco for talks with Moroccan officials on ways to enhance bilateral cooperation. Torres Vela will confer with Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi, Speaker of the house of representatives (lower house) Abdelouahed Radi, and with several members of the Moroccan government.
The Andalucian speaker will also hold talks with officials from the Moroccan agency for the development of the northern provinces.
