Iranian delegation expected in Morocco

An Iranian delegation, led by vice-speaker of the Shoura council (parliament) and chairman of the council's foreign committee, Hassan Rouhani, is expected in Morocco this March 9-13, it was officially announced in Rabat.
The Iranian delegation will meet with the speaker of the house of representatives (lower chamber of the parliament), Abdelouahed Radi, Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi, Foreign Minister Abdellatif Filali and minister in charge of relations with the parliament, Mohamed Bouzoubaa.
The Iranian delegation comprises officials from the Foreign Ministry, the supreme national security council (the highest decision-making body in matters of security and defense) and members of the Shoura council.
Between March 15 and 21, Rabat and Meknes will host an Iranian cultural week co-sponsored by the Moroccan cultural affairs ministry and the Iranian department of guidance and culture.
The happening will feature two music shows by an Iranian band as well as exhibitions of carpets, calligraphy and handicraft items.
