Egypt and Morocco signed yesterday the first protocol for scientific and technological cooperation since signing the cultural cooperation accord between the two countries in 1959. British Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Derek Fatchett arrived in Oman on Wednesday on an official visit to Oman, which will last for two days.
