Report: 14 Palestinian leading figures from Abu Nidal group return to Palestinian areas

The London-based al-Hayat daily was told that some 14 leading figures from the "Fatah-revolutionary council" organization of Sabri al-Banna (Abu Nidal) returned just one month ago to the Palestinian government areas.

Well-informed Arab sources told al-Hayat that intelligence coordination made by the Palestinian government and Israel with the participation of two Arab states facilitated the return of the figures, but on the conditions of their commitment not to carry out any political activities unless they notify the Palestinian government.

The sources explained that all who returned are members of the central committee in their organization, but they did not return to the PA having the same title.

The sources could not specify the place where Abu Nidal is existed, but asserted that his health conditions are futile.
