Afghan source: Taleban did not impose restrictions on Bin Laden
Regional-Afghanistan, Politics, 2/27/1999
The Afghan ambassador in Cairo, Fadlallah Fadel, said today that Saudi dissident Osama Bin Laden cannot leave the territories subjected to Taleban's domination without informing it, especially in light of the affinity that relates him to the chief of the Taleban movement, Mulla Mohammed Omar.
He told ArabicNews.com that what was repeated regarding the Taleban's restrictions on Bin Laden's movement has nothing to do with truth and that Bin Laden moves freely, escorted by a special guard in addition to his armed followers.
He expected Bin Laden's appearance within days to end up the rumors regarding his disappearance.
