$300 million for establishing an Arab petrochemical holding company

An Arab holding company for petrochemicals will be established with capital of $300 million.
This company will include companies for merchandising and trading plastic byproducts and equipment, in addition to exporting plastic productions and searching for new markets beside the Arab markets.
In a phone call to ArabicNews.com the head of Arab union for plastics producers and manufactures, Hassan Zaki Hassan, said the establishment of this company came after successful meetings of the union on the margin of the international plastic fair which is currently being held in Tunis through Sunday, in which 16 Arab states and more than 16 foreign countries are taking part.
