Morocco and USA to enhance cooperation in water and forest management

Ways of boosting Morocco-USA partnership in matters of water and forests were reviewed lately here at a meeting between Moroccan minister in charge of Forests, Said Chbaatou and American ambassador to Morocco, Edwards Gabriel.
The two sides also discussed bilateral relations, Morocco's socioeconomic achievements and the US-technical assistance needed by the Kingdom to protect its forests and hydraulic resources.
The possibility to launch joint pilot projects and the training of Moroccans in USA in matters of greening, water rational use and forest management were also discussed.
