Egypt and Cyprus to boost commercial cooperation

Egyptian Prime Minister Kamal El-Ganzoury met yesterday with Cypriot Minister of Trade, Industry and Tourism Nicos Rolandis, as the two sides agreed on endorsing a protocol for commercial cooperation and enhancing trade between the two countries.
The discussions also tackled some of the measures said by Egypt to enhance commercial and economic relations between the two countries, at the top of which is the endorsement of a cooperation agreement between the general union of Egyptian chambers of commerce and its Cypriot counterpart.
The head of Egyptian investment, Ibrahim Fawzy, called on businessmen and investors in Cyprus to establish investment projects in Egypt to make use of the facilities presented by the government through guarantees and incentives of investment.
