Saudi Arabia for supporting Jordan's economy

Jordanian Minister of State for Development Taher Kanaan, who led his country's ministerial delegation in their visit to Saudi Arabia, has asserted that the Saudi officials expressed real support and backing for the Jordanian economy.
In a statement to reporters upon his return to Amman on Monday night, the Jordanian minister said a delegation from the Saudi Fund for Development will shortly follow up in Amman on what was discussed earlier in Riyadh and that the Jordanian-Saudi ministerial committee will meet shortly.
Kanaan added that it was agreed with the Saudi side to make financial arrangements and positive steps in support of Jordan. Kanaan expressed satisfaction with the results of the talks.
