A message to Kuwaiti ruler from his Tunisian counterpart

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Tuesday in Kuwait received a message from Tunisian President Zein al-Abidin Bin Ali.
The message was delivered by Tunisian Defense Minister al-Habib Bin Yahya during his reception by Sheikh Jaber.
Earlier in the day, Kuwaiti Crown Prince and Prime Minister Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah al-Sabah met with the Tunisian minister. Talks dealt with bilateral relations and means of developing them especially in the military fields.
