Canada to sign trade agreement with Palestine

Canada will sign a number of trade and economic agreements with the Palestinian government.
The agreement will be signed by Canadian International Trade Minister Sergio Marchi, Palestinian Radio monitored in Amman quoted an official at the diplomatic mission in Gaza as saying.
The minister will arrive in Gaza next Friday within a tour that will also include Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He will be accompanied by representatives of 44 Canadian firms.
He will also inaugurate the Canadian mission in Ramallah.
Canada chairs the Middle East peace refugees committee.
