Saudi, Jordanian contacts

Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz on Monday received a message from Jordanian Crown Prince Hamzeh Bin al-Hussein. The message was delivered by the Jordanian ambassador to Saudi Arabia during his meeting with the Saudi crown prince in Riyadh on Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, Crown Prince Abdullah met with the Jordanian ministerial delegation currently visiting Saudi Arabia chaired by Minister of State for Development Affairs Taher Kanaan. The Jordanian delegation held a series of meetings with Saudi ministers with the objective of fostering bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various economic, commercial and investment fields.

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal met on Monday in Riyadh with the Jordanian ministerial delegation currently visiting Saudi Arabia. Fields of cooperation and relations between the two countries were reviewed.

In addition to Kanaan, the Jordanian ministerial delegation includes Finance Minister Michel Marto and Minister of Planning Nabil Amari.
