Arafat confers with Norwegian premier

Palestinian President Yasser Arafat met on Sunday in Gaza with Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik. Talks dealt with the Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations and the stalemate they have reached.
