Hussein calls for Arab summit

Iraqi President Saddam Hussein called for convening an Arab expanded meeting on a summit level or on any other official level. The call came in a communique sent by Hussein to the Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid at the beginning of this month.
