Islamic bank lends Morocco $30 million for water projects

The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) agreed on Thursday to lend Morocco $30 million destined to fund several drinking water projects in northeastern Morocco.
The agreement was signed in Jeddah by the IDB chairman, Ahmed Mohamed Ali, and Moroccan economy and finance Minister, Fathallah Oualalou, who arrived Tuesday in Saudi Arabia within the frame of a gulf tour to enhance trade exchanges and economic cooperation between Morocco and the Gulf countries.
