Iran refuses Iraq's threat to its neighbors

The Iranian Foreign Ministry refused yesterday Iraq's threats against Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and it expressed its opposition to any new escalation in the area. The Iranian news agency quoted the official spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Hamid Reda Asfi, as saying that Iran opposes any new tensions in the area and refuses any threat against neighboring countries.
