Rabat: International envoy holds talks on Sahara referendum

A United Nation's secretary general envoy began a visit to Morocco to hold talks with Moroccan officials. Meanwhile, Moroccan diplomatic sources said that the talks will handle specification of implementing agreements to accelerate the implementation of Sahara referendum.
