Eritrea - Ethiopia - ICJ

Eritrea began proceedings with the International Court of Justice against Ethiopia alleging that Ethiopia violated the diplomatic immunity of its ambassador and its embassy staff in Addis Ababa and broke into the Eritrean embassy there. Ethiopia must agree to allow the court to rule on the proceedings for the court to take action in the issue.
