Swedish Ericsson company implements projects in Syria

Syrian Prime Minister Mahmoud al-Zou'bi on Tuesday in Damascus received the director general of the Swedish Ericsson communications company, Sven-Christer Nilsson, and members of the accompanying delegation.
The two sides discussed projects for expanding, developing and renovating the telecommunications network to be implemented in Syria in collaboration with Ericsson.
Earlier in the day, Syrian Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs Salim Yassin talked with Nelson about cooperation possibilities with the Ericsson company and measures proposed to be taken to start the implementation of the projects in order to develop telecommunications in Syria.
Yassin stressed the Syrian government's desire to "strengthen cooperation with Ericsson in exchanging expertise and the training of technicians."
