50 businessmen to take part in US mission this month

The visit of the commission organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt annually to the United States is to start on the last week of February to discuss the possibilities of increasing joint trade and investment and attracting capital, and opening new markets for Egyptian exports.

The head of the chamber Ahmed Shawki said the commission this year, the seventeenth year, is distinguished by a great increase in the number of participants, reaching more than 50 businessmen, under the title of "Egyptian - American partnership."

He said this increase reflects the great concern of Egyptian businessmen with cooperation with the United States in several domains, such as investment and technology transfer, as the US market is considered one of the largest markets for foreign products.
