Qaddoumi denies existence of Iranian conspiracy

The head of the political department of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, Farouk Qaddoumi, denied the existence of an Iranian conspiracy against the Palestinian Authority, blaming Israel for recent clashes among Palestinian police and members of the military wing of Hamas.
He also said he believes the difference among the competing Israeli parties in the coming elections is limited to the forms in which the parties present their programs and that they all agree on refusing a withdrawal to the borders of June 4, 1967 and opposing the Palestinian refugees' return after the war of 1967.
