Iran against ties with Israel

Iran has reasserted that it is not possible to enter into relations with Israel and the US due to their negative positions towards Iran. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Rida Asgha said that the UN ratification of Iranian President Muhammad Khatami's proposal concerning calling 2001 the year of dialogue among civilizations demonstrates the success of Iranian policy in the international arena.
