Saudi, Kuwaiti FM s to visit Moscow shortly

It was announced in Moscow on Tuesday that Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah will arrive in Moscow at the beginning of next week.
Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov stressed that his Saudi counterpart, Prince Saud al-Faisal, will visit Moscow shortly.
During his three-day visit to the Russian capital, Sheikh al-Sabah will meet with Russian Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov, the Russian foreign minister and the Russian Parliament's (Duma) leadership.
A diplomatic source in Moscow told the London-based daily al-Hayat that talks will deal with "bilateral relations, the situation in the region and Iraq."
For his part, Ivanov said that Sheikh Sabah and Prince Saud al-Faisal will hold talks pertaining to the situation in the Middle East in general.
In a statement to the Russian Interfax agency in Moscow, Ivanov indicated that "intensive contacts are being now held to feel the impulse on Russian steps that would help in resuming the settlement process in the region."
