Chief of Staff of the French Navy Visits Morocco

Crown Prince Sidi Mohamed, coordinator of the bureaus and services of the general staff of the Royal Armed Forces, received here Monday Admiral Lefebre, chief of staff of the French navy who is on a three-day visit in Morocco.

The crown prince decorated the French top ranking military officer with the "grand cordon of the Alaouite Wissam." The meeting was attended by Moroccan minister in charge of national defense administration, Abderrahmane Sbai, French ambassador in Morocco, Michel de Bonnecorse, and a host of Moroccan military top officials.

The French admiral then held a work session with Moroccan vessel major-captain, Mohamed Triki, on cooperation between the Moroccan and French navy.

In another meeting, the minister in charge of national defense administration and the French admiral hailed the "exemplary" cooperation existing between the two countries.
