First festival for shopping in Kuwait

The first shopping festival in Kuwait will begin tomorrow, under the name of "Welcome February," aimed at activating internal economic activity in Kuwaiti markets.Its organizers hope to upgrade it to become a strong competitor for the Dubai Shopping Festival.
The head of the committee organizing the festival, Ahmed El-Meshari, and his company, Kuwaiti Airlines, will organize this festival to face the difficulties of the period following the reduction in petroleum prices, and it will offer discounts on the price of tickets and lodging in hotel, as well as facilities for offering visas to those who want to travel to Kuwait.
The conference will last until February 24.
