A message to Qatar's ruler from Iranian counterpart

Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Sunday received an oral message from Iranian President Muhammad Khatami pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries. The Gulf News agency said that Iranian Energy Minister Habibollah Bitaraf conveyed the message during his meeting on Sunday with Qatar's crown prince Sheikh Jasem Bin Hamad al-Thani.
