Moroccan Journalists Wear Armbands, Protest Work, Material Conditions

A hundred of Moroccan print media journalists staged a one-hour sit-in on Thursday in front of the headquarters of the National Press Union (SNPM) in downtown Rabat. The journalists, who were wearing red armbands, were protesting their work and material conditions.
SNPM secretary-general, Younes Moujahid, had previously said that the journalists will continue their struggle until all their professional, moral and material grievances are met.
