Jordanian crown prince meets with foreign ambassadors accredited to Jordan

Jordan's Crown Prince Abdullah on Wednesday in Amman summoned, in his first official appearance, foreign ambassadors accredited to Jordan, including the Israeli ambassador Odit Eiran, in order to become acquainted with them.
In this respect, Israeli political circles said that Israel follows up with great concern and interest developments in Jordan, especially those developments relating to the health of King Hussein.
The sources told Israeli radio on Wednesday that King Hussein had exerted all his efforts in order to enable Crown Prince Abdullah to continue Jordan's policy of strengthening relations with Israel. Israel and Jordan are linked by several agreements which are a culmination of Wadi Araba agreement signed between the two sides.
