U.S.A to substitute for its war planes in Kuwait today

The United States is to begin the substitution process for some warplanes in Kuwait that launched the raids in the no-fly zone over southern Iraq.
Kuwaiti sources told ArabicNews.com that more than 500 air force men from fighter group 104 are going to start their task today by planes where the mission will last for 3 months in the form of periodic patrols over Iraq.
Meanwhile the source denied that this process is out of an increase in US forces in Kuwait, saying that this work was decided a month ago and will be applied periodically.
