Two Israelis wounded in attacks in south Lebanon

Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday shelled with heavy artillery the heights of Jabal al-Daher, Tallat al-Dedeyah, the Litani valley, the al-Ghandourieh areas, al-Salawqi Valley, the outskirts of Kafra, Yater and Ein al-Khanouq, Majdal Suloum and Sujod al-Rayhan woods.
Lebanese security sources said the bombardment resulted in heavy material losses in property. The sources explained that an Israeli-allied South Lebanon Army militia patrol ventured on Tuesday one kilometer north of the Tallat Kawkaba position towards the liberated areas and installed radar equipped with electronics inside the position to monitor the liberated areas for a five-Km distance.
Meanwhile, an Israeli military spokesman stated on Tuesday that two Israeli soldiers were seriously wounded in an attack launched against an Israeli military patrol.
Israeli Army Radio said that a Lebanese resistance group was able approach the Israeli patrol in the central sector early Tuesday and opened fire on it, adding that the attack resulted in wounding the two Israeli soldiers.
On Tuesday morning, the Lebanese resistance attacked an Israeli patrol while proceeding toward the outskirts of Kafr Houna district into the Lebanese liberated areas in order to launch new attacks.
Lebanese resistance sources said one of its groups attacked the Israeli patrol from four meters away, and four of the Israeli group's members were hit.
