A message to Kuwaiti Emir from Pakistani premier

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Monday received a message from Pakistani Premier Nawaz Sharif. The message was delivered by Pakistani Minister of Commerce and Investment Mohammad Ishaq Dar during his meeting with the Emir.

Earlier in the day, Kuwaiti Crown Prince and Prime Minister Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah al-Sabah received Dar. Talks dealt with means of strengthening and developing bilateral relations.

Dar arrived in Kuwait on Monday for a three-day official visit during which he will hold talks with high-ranking Kuwaiti officials with the objective of strengthening and developing bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The Pakistani minister will also take part in the first ministerial meeting of the Kuwaiti-Pakistani joint committee. In an arrival statement at Kuwait airport, Yitzhak told journalists that he is carrying a message from Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to the Kuwaiti leadership.
