European funds for Egyptian agriculture amount to 60 million pounds

Egyptian Minister of Agriculture Youssef Wali announced the approval of the European Union to finance agricultural development projects in new lands west of Nobaria through a donation valued at 60 million Egyptian pounds.
The donation is to be presented in the form of technical aid for the young graduates and young cultivators to use modern technology in agriculture and to present guide services for upgrading the irrigation and drainage networks, as well as allowing loans with an interest of not more than 7%.
