Violence continues in Algeria

Algerian security sources said on Friday that an armed group killed five persons on Thursday night in Seide al-Kabir in Blida province, 50 km south of the capital Algiers. The sources gave no details on conditions pertaining to the carnage.
In recent times, Blida province has been witnessing more terrorist activities. On Monday night four members of the self-defense groups were killed in clashes with armed men in Bufarik. Two municipality guards were also killed in the "al-Sharea mountain" which overlooks Blida town at a fake barrier in the area.
