OIC official underlines the importance of Arab FMs' forthcoming meeting

The assistant secretary general of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, Abdul Aziz Abu Ghoush, has congratulated the Arab and Islamic states on the Eid al-Fitr. He expressed his hope that these nations will be able to unify their ranks and the Palestinian people will be able to restore their rights and establish their own independent state, with Jerusalem as a capital, he told Sawt al-Arab radio.
Abu Ghoush underlined the importance of the forthcoming meeting of the Arab foreign ministers due to be held on Sunday. He expressed hope that the meeting will succeed in reaching united Arab positions that support the stance of the OIC in backing Arab and Muslim causes.
